"I don’t usually speak up, but this company pushed me to warn people. A friend let me use her computer to write a review, and while I was on there I saw this insurance again and couldn’t believe they’re still in business. I had them for about a year before transferring my policy somewhere else because they were rude, mean, and impossible to deal with. They switch their wording around to trick you, they try to make you pay money you shouldn’t owe, and they never walk you through anything step by step. I couldn’t stand it, so I left. My honest advice is to avoid this insurance and find a insurance company that treats you better, explains things clearly, and actually helps instead of causing problems."
