"5 ⭐️ all around! We switched our home, autos, and an umbrella policy in March of 2026 from a large impersonal brokerage firm to Julia Chew State Farm. Terrie T is our agent and General Manager. She is fantastic. She responds to emails/phone calls immediately and has saved us thousands of dollars! She and Julia are both professional, respectful, and obviously hard working. Their office in Norman is beautiful and well maintained. No complaints whatsoever after more than 4 months with them. Their app is very easy to use and I appreciate that I can instantly pull up all of my coverage and declarations. Very, very satisfied."
