"Shirley, Robertson is amazing. She is very good at what she does of taking care of people. She took really care of me. I am a State Farm customer, and she helped me. So much with the situation I was going through of having to deal with insurance. all the people here are amazing. Shirley Robertson should get a 100 star. For doing her job and doing a great job.of her Knowing what she's doing and being so nice and polite to me if you ever need insurance, this is the place to go. Where they actually care, and also I am with Cindy nashirt, and that company too, is State Farm. And they really care. Also, these are 2 really good places. If you need good insurance of good people that will stand behind you. And help you in a time of need of any kind of situation. Thank you for being there shirley Robertson and staff 100☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆"

"Hollee was so helpful! I expected signing up for auto insurance was going to be a lot more complicated based off of my experience with other insurance companies/agents and this was so simply! It was less than 15 minutes on the phone and it was all said and done! She was able to answer all my questions and explained everything with no issue!"

"*** UPDATE *** Terry and Julia have worked very hard to fix the mistake that a former employee made. They were able to move it up the channel to correct the issue that occurred and have been really good at communicating with me as well. I am truly so appreciative that they did this. I have been with State Farm for over 10 years. Auto, Renters, Life, and Homeowners throughout the years. I spoke with an agent at this office in September and was told our Homeowners insurance was being changed to Dwellers (we are renting out our house) and our price would change. Found out this month that although everything was worked up for the change it was never processed. So for 7 months we have been overcharged and there is nothing they can do to backdate it even though it is their mistake. Unfortunately I also had a poor experience when dealing with our roof claim. It was my first time so I was asking questions about the process and received so much attitude from whoever helped that it made me feel so dumb that I almost cried out of frustration. Initially we had great experiences at this office, I think we moved to it around 2018. But feeling like I’m bothering them with questions and now mismanagement of our policy for 7 month, we will be seeking a new insurance company."

"Their team is always great to work with! Hollee, specifically, is a true gem! We bought a new car on Friday and she had our old car off our policy and our new one on it before we even left the dealership! It gives such peace of mind knowing they have your back and they work quick! Plus, they are always so warm and welcoming in person or on the phone. Would highly recommend for any insurance needs!!"

"Be very careful with this agent. I had major issues with billing and refunds after canceling my car insurance policy. They refunded me only $5 even though I paid $167 just 10 days before cancellation, and their explanation made no sense. The billing process was unclear and unfair. If you’re someone for whom your money really matters, stay away from this agency — they are not transparent or careful with customer payments."

The numbers we’ve shared with you come directly from State Farm and they are who is giving the information we’ve shared with you. There were changes made to your policy before you recently transferred to us, which are coming into play. We have asked corporate to give us a line by line breakdown which we will share with you as soon as we have it. I assure you we will continue to work with you on this issue -Julia"
