"I don’t know where to begin on how much I love this State Farm office! First of all State Farm is hands-down the best insurance company. Trust me on this as I came from the body shop business, and they always do the right thing when it comes to fixing your car. But this office is outstanding! They always are available to take your call or text, they’re always so pleasant and polite, you can tell they actually enjoy their job, and they even called me on my birthday! I have friends that forget to call me on my birthday let alone my insurance agent Top-notch customer service and outstanding rates! Please don’t ever change."

"I canceled my police the 30th and they are still charging me money I had them confirm 3 times , they actually owe me money but here they are charging me I am updating my review, I was pleasantly surprised the took my review and concerns to heart I can’t say that for many places and they took care of my grievances in a timely manner and even contacted me. I’m very happy to recommend them"

"Hello Dean. I am so sorry for the confusion. The State Farm systems do not allow “real time” changes yet. I will email you privately with the documentation. We show you spoke with Shirley 4-26, and she processed an address change and cancellation for two vehicles, with effective date of 4-30. In addition, she processed a removal of those policies from your auto-draft acct so they would NOT draw money while waiting for the company to process the changes. Taking it off auto-pay caused your acct to show an amount due since SF hasn’t processed it yet. But you do NOT owe that money., and it will NOT be drawn. We anxiously await our new system that will allow real-time changes. But until then we must be vigilant in explaining the timelines involved.thank you for letting me know! We are implementing additional communication to customers as a result of your feedback explaining the timeline SF is experiencing, and make sure customers know their requests are handled appropriately by our office and have confidence in when processing will take place. Please call us at the office with any questions you have! -Julia"
